* o Developed, supervised and directed four major Federation programs: * Midrasha Retreat Program- Experiential education weekend retreats for 300+ teens * Let’s Go: Israel- 28-day teen trip to Israel for up to 90 teens * East Bay Jewish Teen Foundation- Teen board raising and granting over $35,000 * EastBayJews- the Jewish Federation’s Young Adult initiative: (22-42 years old). * o Major job responsibilities and skills utilized for all four programs include: * Developed and managed program budget * Hired, trained, managed, and supervised the staff of up to 20 contract staff members * Oversaw the creation of formal and experiential educational programming * Created and distributed online registration and evaluation for staff and participants * Facilitated relationships between financial aid institutions and families

o Created, organized and managed inaugural fundraising event grossing over $54,000 o Authored over 15 grant proposals for local community and private foundations o Secured largest corporate donation in the agency’s 90-year history ($50,000) o Cultivated new community partnerships, increasing outreach by 154% over prior year o Managed the Special Events Committee, comprised of staff and board members o Identified and established new community outreach partnerships with non-profits, universities and local business.

o Responsible for personally raising $220,000 annually through turn-key events, corporate and community sponsorship as well as face to face fundraising coaching and solicitation o Cultivated new and expanded existing relationships with corporate and private donors and as well as the hundreds of our local client families o Worked directly with volunteer committees from several different industries (food, beverage, convenience store, and grocery) to grow long-standing events.

* o Supervised 6 FTE located in different locations around Bay Area * o Oversaw the execution of six agency-wide teen programs including internships and direct service * o Maintained and managed over one million dollar departmental and program budgets * o Collaborated with Development staff to secure funding from private donors and foundation grants * o Developed and implemented new strategic plan for youth and teen programming agency-wide * o Contributed to Agency Work Plan and Three Year Strategic Plan * o Recruited, interviewed and hired over 50 teens for summer and academic year paid internships

o Create and implement year-long training track for over 15 synagogue youth professionals, including in-person and online training sessions o Develop and implement training and professional development sessions for over 200 camp counselors o Recruit, train and supervise camp unit heads during year-round and summer camp programs o Mentor 4 synagogue youth professionals in the URJ Youth Professional 101 Fellowship o Develop, manage and implement new PJ Library Family Camp Weekend Retreat
