Member of the People & Talent team within an international technological and engineering consultancy, supporting recruitment across multiple clients and business units in Spain. Key responsibilities: - Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in fast-paced, high-demand environments. - Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing and screening to offer support and onboarding coordination. - Proactively source and assess senior and specialized talent through direct search and structured interview processes. - Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making and prioritisation. - Prepare and deliver candidate shortlists, hiring reports and insights to clients and internal teams. - Coordinate and manage technical interviews and assessment processes. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives, university partnerships and recruitment events. Main profiles recruited: Senior Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend & Full-Stack), DevOps, QA (Manual & Automation), System & Network Administrators, Data (Analyst, Engineer, Scientist), ERP/CRM (SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics), Tech Leads, Technical Leads, SRE, RPA ,Project Managers, Product Owners, Team Leads and C-level / Executive profiles.

Conducted end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and assessing profiles as a Talent Acquisition Intern. Supported the HR team in talent acquisition strategies and candidate engagement. Assisted in administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee relations.
