Lloydon Alleyne
Cargo Commercial @ Turkish Cargo
About
I build revenue in air cargo. Not incrementally — structurally. Over the course of my career I've developed and managed high-value global accounts, opened new markets and built commercial strategies that stick long after the PowerPoint is forgotten. My specialism is the intersection of key account management, vertical development and the kind of client relationships that survive disruptions and there have been plenty of those. I'm drawn to complexity, multinational environments, C-suite negotiations, markets that require patience and precision. My experience spans pharma and courier verticals, narrow-body network commercialisation, and revenue strategy in some of the world's most dynamic air cargo markets.

This research is attuned to the admonitions from corporate social responsibility scholars who have argued that research advancement within the field has been limited. This limitation is driven primarily by research attention which seeks statistical links between corporations’ financial performances and their involvement in social issues. To move the field forward, they proposed that research attention need to move towards unearthing the impetus for corporation involvement in social issues and an understanding of the extent to which external stimuli influence their approaches in addressing social issues. This study is qualitatively based, and will focus on deepening understanding on how corporations identify environmental stimuli pertaining to social responsibilities and how they develop response frameworks for dealing with those identified stimuli. Other research areas/interest; Organisational adaptability to CSR Corporate governance and corporate legitimacy Business ethics and Sustainability
