1.Order fulfillment, customer service and logistics: -Set up standard order processing procedure, drive Order to Cash process & system with high efficiency and zero mistake -Review contract terms and conditions includes but not limited to: Incoterm, price, way of payment, insurance, limitation of supplier responsibility, maintenance and warranty -Mange logistics, includes import/export and customs clearance, to be assure of trade compliance -Maintain strong customer relationships through the whole order to cash process 2.Sales operation KPI analysis and follow up -Annual sales budget formulation and rolling updates -Lead the development, operation, and maintenance of business operational dashboard and indicator systems -Closely track the deviation between actual business and target, make sure all KPI is on track -Evaluate risk and develop program with relevant departments in advance to achieve sales target 3.Supply Chain Management: -Drive discipline and accuracy on sales demand -Work together with global supply chain team and closely monitor priorities on supply constraints, to make sure On Time Delivery -Monitor end to end operation process, identify the causes and impact factors, develop alert mechanism and risk mitigation solutions -Control reasonable inventory level, reduce sluggish inventory, improve turnover -Support production localization in China for some critical products 4.Take lead in digitization of operation process, take responsibility of training users, and iteratively optimize process, tools and systems 5. Develop and uplift the team, to deliver outstanding performance

1.Order management: Handle order in SAP, make sure that each order information is input timely and correctly, includes order intake, delivery, invoice 2.Contract management: -Review contract terms and conditions, make sure they are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies -Identify potential risks, work out and implement mitigation solutions 3.Supply chain management -Communicate on demand plan and production capacity, make sure On Time Delivery -Manage all import and export shipments and collect needed documents for tax refund -Handle of goods swap and return -Manage stock at reasonable safe level

1.As the first Sales admin in production, strongly involve the whole process of production localization of robotics, set up the standard operation process model 2.Set up KPI for order processing and customer service, and follow up implementation 3.Coordinator between sales and production team, streamline the information and to continuously improve On Time Delivery and customer satisfaction 4.Deep understanding of SAP/BOL logic, work as key user and launch them in China

1.Customer service: -Quote to customer on sea freight -Space booking under request -Support customer on picking up the goods on time, such as arrange telex-release -Calculate freight and cost like detention and demurrage and charge to customer 2.Be responsible for quality of shipping documents and distribute it to all concerned parties 3.Update freight information timely on regular basis

1.Closely follow up factory of the goods status, make sure of on time delivery as per contract agreement 2.Prepare shipping documents and book vessel in advance 3.Negotiate Letter of Credit
