As an HR Executive, my primary responsibilities include creating KRAs for employees by understanding their individual roles and scope of work. I am actively involved in drafting, reviewing, and refining HR policies such as the Attendance & Leave Policy, Code of Conduct, Travel & Reimbursement Policy, etc, to ensure clarity and compliance. Additionally, I prepare and deliver presentations for policy sessions to facilitate effective communication and understanding across teams. I have also developed and maintained departmental grade-sheets, contributing to structured role mapping within the organization. Recently, I have taken on KRA review sessions — analyzing employee performance, identifying key strengths and areas for improvement, and communicating personalized feedback through detailed follow-up emails.

As an HR intern, i helped in the recruitment process by conducting interviews and helped onboard new members.
