I am a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the call center and business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. I am the Founder and President of Nasuno BPO OPC, the evolved brand of Nasuno Telemarketing—established to meet the growing and more complex needs of U.S. and international businesses. Throughout my career, I have successfully built, scaled, and managed high-performing teams that support clients across multiple industries. Our core services include customer service and support, sales and lead generation, dropshipping and drop servicing assistance, and merchant and back-office services. Each campaign we handle is customized, results-driven, and designed to support long-term business growth. I am known for my hands-on leadership style and strong commitment to partnership. In addition to my work in the BPO industry, I am also the owner of Nasuno Seascape Exclusive Resort, where I combine my passion for hospitality with operational excellence and customer experience management. Further strengthening my professional background, I currently serve as a Unit Manager at AXA Insurance, where I lead and mentor teams, support financial planning initiatives, and uphold strong governance and client trust. This role has enhanced my expertise in leadership, risk management, and long-term value creation.
