I managed and set up medical authorizations for the health Insurance Company PEIA of West Virginia. I handled high volume calls, and interacted with nurses,physicians and medical facilities on a daily basis.I had to multi task working faxes, emails, taking calls, and creating authorizations daily.

I handled call backs to patients once they were discharge from a hospital or nursing facility to follow up on their care. I was also a TSP, that helped train new hires for my department. Managed a high volume of outgoing calls, and would take incoming for our marketing serices side if they were overloaded. Cross trained for many departments.
