Responsible for directing all aspects of the human resource function for a multi establishment manufacturing company with approximately 240 employees in North Carolina, Florida, and Arizona.

Led onsite staffing operations supporting a workforce of approximately 150 light industrial and clerical employees. Managed high-volume recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with employment policies and regulations. Administered weekly payroll, benefits coordination, invoicing, and workers’ compensation processes. Partnered with client leadership to address workforce needs, maintain productivity, and resolve employee issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Supported the administration of a Division I women's soccer program, coordinating recruiting logistics, team travel, and program operations. Assisted with prospective student-athlete recruitment, organized community fundraising events, and managed travel planning for team competitions. Ensured compliance with NCAA, university, and athletic department policies while supporting the overall success and operations of the program.
