I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, operations, hiring and community outreach within my store location. Also, I often take on stretch roles within the company to assist with the training and development of our retail division.

I consistently work to achieve day-to-day, weekly, and monthly sales goals through assisting clients in sales. I also help maintain the organization and visuals of the store.

I assisted the Trade and Retail Marketing Promotions team with the planning of in-store events and promotions for Diesel stores nationwide. I was also responsible for researching and building partnerships with other companies for marketing purposes.

Armadio Boutique is a high-end clothing boutique located in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago. I was trained by the owner in many aspects of running a small business including international merchandise buying. I also maintained the office organization as well as did the visual merchandising. Event Planning and Sales were also important aspects of this position, which were among the main aspects that maintained the clientele.
