 Lead and responsible for all the contracts, corporate and compliance for Environmental, Rail and Industrial Division in APAC region  Lead and responsible for all the legal affairs of all legal entities in the region and new Alu-salt JV setup and all the setup documents review and negotiation, including Shareholder Agreement, Articles of Association, Technology License, Service Agreement.  Lead and responsible for Customer Service Agreement (including BOOT, EPC agreement), risk analysis, bidding documents review and negotiation  Lead and responsible for legal issues for the operation of all the controlled JVs in China, including supplier and distributor agreements review and negotiation, review and consult on the legal risks on dissolution of one entity in light of finance and taxation, including:  responsible to provide legal advice and solutions for a certain steel slag processing joint venture on the legal consequences caused by solid waste standard change  responsible to provides legal advice and solutions for four sites shutdown on the legal consequences and compensation scheme, and to communicate effectively with customers and to organize customer meetings so to conclude an agreement.  Responsible to review the bid for China Railway project  responsible for providing advice and solution on personnel management decision and execution incl. mass layoffs of two operating sites and one relocated office.  Lead and responsible for compliance issues in the region including DD on distributors/suppliers/JV partners, supervision over procurement process, anti-trust review over the distribution clauses, anti-corruption clause review in the JV contracts/customer contracts/suppler contract.  Lead and responsible for the customer bid and contracts, merger and acquisition project and corporate affairs for all APAC legal entities incl. Australia, Thailand and etc.  Provide regular legal training that is closely related to law.
