As Operations & Planning Engineer, I lead the company’s integrated strategic planning, combining resource allocation, time scheduling, and cost estimation to support efficient offshore operations across multiple hubs. My role is pivotal in aligning execution across departments and ensuring that activities are delivered with high performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: - Led the development of integrated strategic activity plans (5-Year, Annual, 90-Day), covering Operations, Maintenance, Subsea, Projects, and EPCI tasks aligned with execution strategy. -Coordinated and optimized execution of Turnaround (TAR) and FPSO operations, balancing priorities across functional areas. -Facilitated prioritization of cross-hub activities to ensure efficient use of company resources. -Served as key liaison with regulatory and compliance entities (Navy, Class, Flag State, Regulatory Authorities), ensuring alignment with O&G standards. -Managed the integrated planning process for preventive and corrective maintenance, engaging asset platforms, campaign schedulers, and stakeholders to maintain realistic, accurate, and deliverable schedules. -Identified and resolved scheduling conflicts and planning challenges across stakeholders. -Controlled the POB (Personnel on Board) profile, ensuring resource leveling based on functional plans and execution readiness. -Established and updated the planning and scheduling system (methods, procedures, timelines, physical progress tracking, KPIs, dashboards). -Monitored and drove continuous improvement of key performance indicators, contributing to planning maturity and operational performance. -Supported the definition of Project Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of TAR and EPCI project plans, ensuring feasibility, risk control, and alignment with execution milestones.
