Patient journey mapping, it's a visualization tool that helps show important milestones and critical information in prenatal, intrapartum and postpartum phases for maternal patients. It focuses on inequities that patients face in the system through interactions with HCWs.

An Environmental Scan of Health Equity Taxonomies to Enhance Classification and Address Relevant Incident Types Based on an Existing Taxonomy

- Designed and optimized relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) to manage multi-residential property portfolios, reducing query latency by 40% and enabling real-time access to tenant, lease, and maintenance records. - Applied statistical regression modeling and forecasting in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, Prophet) to predict rental income and maintenance workload trends, improving budget planning accuracy by 15%. - Built automated ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and Airflow to unify property and financial data; implemented data-quality checks and transformations to support business intelligence reporting, saving ~20 staff hours weekly.

The objective of this project is to design a Lactation Model of Care utilizing the existing LC Resources, targeting to improve the breastfeeding rate. The Model of Care needs to have a defined inpatient and outpatient Lactation Service Stream. Within both streams, the program is wanting LC group teaching classes, 1:1 consults (in-person and virtual), and routine in-patient rounding of all MBU and breastfeeding NICU patients. Additionally defining dedicated time to progress the work of a Breastfeeding Committee, BPSO team and Lactation team, will provide continued momentum in increasing access to Lactation Services and improving Breastfeeding rates.

- Developed front-end using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, later deployed as real-time internal analytics dashboards that enabled financial analysts to visualize client data, transaction trends, and portfolio performance effectively. - Executed comprehensive unit and integration testing with Jasmine and Karma frameworks, achieving and maintaining over 98.7% test coverage, which enhanced system reliability and ensured stable, high-quality releases. - Collaborated with the data engineering team to design and optimize API integrations and SQL queries, enabling the efficient extraction, transformation, and processing of large-scale financial datasets from internal systems.

- Worked in a high tech engineering environment with experience gained in various pavement evaluation, management and design technologies. - Exposed to advanced devices used in the field of pavement engineering and evaluation. - Experienced field work and traveled with an experienced operator. - Participated in the Ministry's program of pavement evaluation using highly computerized and automated equipment and technologies, such as the Automatic Road Analyser (ARAN). - Assisted experienced operators in the processing, analyzing and delivering pavement performance, geo-spatial and imagery data through proprietary desktop and web based software (Vision and iVision). - Used Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

- Developed a time-indexed optimization model in Python (GurobiPy) for operating-room (OR) scheduling, reducing surgical delays and staff overtime by 23.6% through improved case sequencing and capacity allocation. - Applied optimization and simulation techniques, including Mixed-Integer Programming (MIP) and Tabu Search, to model patient flow and optimize recovery-bed allocation, improving patient throughput and resource utilization.
