 Responsible for external asset scouting, including out-license, in-license and co-development opportunities to supplement corporate’s R&D pipeline that could achieve corporate strategies;  Conduct the scientific preliminary evaluation to assets and target to the assets or opportunities that match with corporate strategies with R&D team;  Conduct the valuation of the potential transactions by NPV model and comparable transaction model;  Attend or lead the negotiation with potential partner;  Responsible for designing transaction structure and drafting termsheet and definitive agreement accordingly with the assistance from outside attorneys;  Build and lead the multifunctional team to conduct or support due diligence;  Maintain the connection with external partners and conducted the post-investment alliance management, including dispute resolution;  Support the strategies construction and execute the strategies in business development area;  Construct the standard of operation for business development in the corporate.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct the investigation and survey of the generic projects, in the areas of intellectual properties, the market values and clinical application value. 2. Attend the periodic risk management re-evaluation of the on-going R&D projects. 3. Conduct asset scouting and preliminary negotiation with potential partners.

Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct the integrated survey and studies of marketed biologic or the pre-registration stage biologic candidates around the world. 2. Draft and finalize the analysis report of the targeted biologic and the R&D feasibility report for the biosimilar project. 3. Screen and scout the CRO and CDMO for the development of biosimilar project and lead the negotiation. 4. Project management of the on-going studies.

2010 obtained the graduate admission to Chinese Academy of Sciences (graduate college, in Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-bionics). 2011 entered the Lab of Dr. Yimin Zhu and participated in the functional peptide screening and application studies. 2015 graduated and obtained the Doctor Degree of Sciences.

2006 began my study in the department of biotechnology, Biology College in South China Normal University. My GPA during four years ranked 1st in 2006 grade in the department and obtained the first-class of scholarship in 4 consecutive year. 2008 obtained the National Scholarship, and the First Prize in the National English Contest for College Students (non-professional group) 2001 obtained the bachelor of Sciences and the graduate admission to Chinese Academy of Sciences
