• Managing a multimillion-dollar project portfolio, formed by more than ten (10) High Voltage Substations project. Executing them within schedule, cost and regulatory requirements, and ensuring business success and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate installation of new High Voltage equipment in existing substations within budget and schedule, without affecting services time and customer production. • Design communication procedures between final customer (Vancouver) and Siemens factory (Germany) to be able to discuss all the interface items between civil and electrical design, decreasing discrepancies or issues during the construction, installation, testing and commissioning phases of the project. • Performing technical contract negotiations with customers, contractors and consultants. • Participating in projects and performing project organization, definition, planning, implementation, and control. • Scheduling and managing the various phases and facets of the projects, including, but not limited to, design, electrical subcontract procurement, and tracking of time and material resources. • Planning time schedules and milestone activities and provides regular information on project progress to Stakeholders. • Manage subcontractors to deliver project scopes and adhere to project schedules. • Throughout project life cycle, identifies and assesses all risk factors utilizing available risk measurement tools and implements all opportunities for improving project results. • Recognized with a PM@Siemens Certificate. • Projects Summary: MOSAIC POTASH: Colonsay Expansion Project, Kearl Oil Sands Expansion Project, Neptune Bulk Terminals 66kV Substation Project, BC Hydro High Voltage Outdoor Hybrid Circuit Breakers and Shell Groundbirch Field Electrification Project.

• Reviewed detailed engineering of high voltage equipment. • Participated in the repair, assembly and commissioning of high voltage equipment. • Prepared technical specifications and tenders for the construction, extension and remodeling of electrical substations and purchase of high voltage equipment. • Performed technical evaluation of documents of qualification and bids. • Attended two courses: Tests (Proofs) in Factory of Surge Arresters (Berlin – SIEMENS) and Capacitive Voltage Transformers (USA – AREVA). • Reviewed test reports (type and routine testing) of high voltage equipment (AREVA, SIEMENS and ABB). • Led the Procedure IEC and ANSI for Measurement Transformers and Surge Arresters.
