Guided ~$200MM sale of company during COVID pandemic, to Vista Equity Partners-Owned Mediaocean while evaluating multiple other term sheets. The combined company created an industry leading software solution for omnichannel advertising. Navigated Company through securing PPP Loan. Produced COVID pandemic plan which was exceeded every month. Closed refinancing of ~$30MM in debt (with ability to increase). Prepared 2020 operating plan to achieve profitability as a stand alone entity.

Recruited to evaluate potential for profitability and viability for sale. Drove a challenging operational turnaround with CEO while leading the management side of a successful sales process to K1 Investments, an Enterprise Software PE firm, which owns Trackforce. Multiple acquirers were entertained. Trackforce Valiant is the only comprehensive operations management solution available to the Security industry.

Hired to help Company growth through fundraising with CEO (Strategic and Venture investments) as well as developing plan to profitability. Created/analyzed securitized products. Secured multiple term sheets for refinancing $20MM facility. Oversaw Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development (Including Investor Relations). Upon departure of COO assumed operational duties including Inventory, HR, and IT Desktop. Introduced metrics–based decision making, with unit economics, ROI, and KPIs.

Oversaw North American Controllership, Finance, and Tax. Transformed Working Capital resulting in the largest US cash collections in the Company's history.

Responsible for multiple International Acquisition Financial Integrations, Systems Transformation/Implementations, Private Equity Support, Credit Facility Compliance, International Consolidations and Audits.
