Currently heading unit with three high performing, agile engineering teams (20 employees and 5 externals), building and operating Axfoods cloud and on-prem platforms. Creating engagement around my vision to constantly improve, modernize and secure. Project Owner and driver of aligning our IT landscape with the set strategy by transforming Axfoods entire IT server landscape from on-prem to a multicloud environment and building an organisation to support the new technical foundation. This has meant major upskilling and new or changed responsibilities for individuals and teams. The Azure Landing Zone was built and launched end of 2023 and the workload has been successfully migrated into Azure. Project closed in May 2024 on time and budget. Heading a team of platform engineers (7 employees and 50 externals), working in agile teams building capabilities on analytical platforms. The majority are key players in a strategic initiative building our future common Analytical Foundation in public cloud, serving 6 markets. We also cater for lifecycle management, enhancement and operations of existing data platforms. I secure finance and execution of Platform roadmap and strategic initiatives in alignment with business. Working on strategy as well as driving hands-on initiatives such as migration from the Swedish legacy data warehouse to cloud to reduce time to market and increase flexibility.

Supporting application development deliveries in the Business Intelligence, Analytics and Marketing Technology area. Manages capacity and capabilities to ensure insight in business reporting and key analytics use cases. Stakeholder management, vendor and contract management, cost and throughput control.
