During my time at CMJ, I oversaw our transition from being a fiscally sponsored project to IRS recognition as an independent 501(c)3; implemented new financial management processes and procedures; evaluated, implemented, documented, and provided training on many technology tools and practices, including a CRM database, an intranet, a cloud file server, videoconferencing, and project management software.
