• Develop analytical reports and comprehensive assessments for key initiative infrastructure projects throughout different levels of government in order to provide funding recommendations to the Board of Directors. • Assist clients in improving and coordinating P3 business cases and project structuring. • Analyze value-for-money (VfM), project financing structures and risk allocation calculations by examination and assessment of the project financial model. • Run sensitivity analysis on multiple project variables to test for the risk of negative VfM. • Audit project governance structures and procurement contracts for best practice and risk allocation adherence to ensure an optimal probability of project success. • Review project documents including Project Agreements, RFQs, RFPs, and Feasibility Studies.
