Created and communicated a global sourcing strategy for a $170mm apparel business. While traveling internationally negotiating with factory owners and agents for pricing, factory space and quota I was managing the daily operations of the adult sportswear, adult and children’s sleepwear categories for Disney Stores, Walt Disney World and Disney Direct

Responsible for managing all aspects of Product Development and Sales  Managed a design team of 3 people who were responsible for creating print and silhouette concepts for the Victoria’s Secret $120mm account  Lead efforts to bring on Avon Sleepwear as a new client which resulted in a new $60mm account for the company  Europe Product Development travel
