* Second line support for SAP FI/CO modules proving problem analysis, investigation and resolution to finance key users. * SAP security role admin and reporting. Role assignment and analysis. * SAP training to new and existing users. * Cover for SAP SD module during absence of that analyst.

* First line support to over 100 SAP end users. * Control of SAP FICO Master Data ensuring the integrity of the corporate COA and management accounting reporting structures and integration with other SAP modules. * Reconciliation of the U.K. balance sheet & P&L. * Development of coding, reports and enhancement ensuring user, business and statutory requirements are met. * Change management recording and documentation of change requests. Creation, issue and training of new business process procedures for end users. * SOX analysis and reporting. * Creation of SAP reports using SAP Report writer and painter. * Approval of allocation of SAP security roles to end users. * End user training in both classroom and one to one.

* Initially recruited as an AP specialist but quickly made responsible for training out 4 additional modules - AR, FA, GL, CCA * Development and training of interactive courses for end users in classroom environment and one to one. * Pilot testing of financial transaction processing in preparation for go-live.

* Production of monthly financial and management accounts. * Preparation of month end timetable and ensuring the team performed month end tasks on time and in full. * AR processing including payment matching and account reconciliations. * AP processing of invoices and statement reconciliation. * Fixed Asset accounting and reconciliation. * Budgeting and reform casting three times a year.
