Responsible for leading efforts to expand a volunteer-based respite program, for families with children who have a disability, to the Chicagoland area. Duties included marketing, community outreach, recruitment, training and supervision of respite workers.

Responsible for development, management, and oversight of program addressing the clinical needs of adults with a developmental disability. Duties included supervision of staff, interns and consultants, served as chair of the Support Service Team, created and facilitated Parent Awareness Association meetings, conducted intakes for adult residential services, staff training, direct individual and group counseling, participated in the Chicagoland Service Option Review Team (SORT) and served on the Utilization of Resource Review Team.
