Manage numerous projects ranging in size from $500 to $7,000,000, write scopes of work for bidding purposes and subcontract management, prepare detailed CPM schedules, manage subcontractor schedules and quality performance, write budgets detailing labor, material, subcontracts, and equipment for projects, maintain budget during construction, provide detailed cost estimates from construction drawings prepared by architects and engineers, provide budgetary estimates from general written work scopes or early drawing revisions from owners, architects, and engineers, review material and equipment submittals, negotiate equipment and material buyouts, review, price, and negotiate change orders.

Develop mechanical and plumbing estimates from conceptual to hard bid projects. Review and evaluate specifications and drawings for constructability. Review and evaluate subcontractor quotes.
