Working directly with the East Tennessee State University (ETSU) football team through: Conduct nutrition assessments and follow ups, attend workouts, prepare post workout, provide weekly nutrition talks, and develop educational material under the direction of Elizabeth Lowe, MS, RD.

Completed/will complete rotations in: clinical nutrition, renal, public health, diabetes, school foodservice, UT extension, food city, long-term care, foodservice management, neonatal intensive care unit, family medicine, and select specialty.
