Managing the following commodities: Temporary Labour, Marketing, Consultancy, HR & Benefits, Training & Perm Recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Leading the strategy for the UK & Ireland for the above mentioned categories. Driving the sourcing strategies through & challenging stakeholders in order to drive the right results for the company & maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships. Managing a number of key preferred suppliers for each area, managing supplier relationships, managing tender processes, negotiations, creation of supplier agreements & working with the stakeholders to ensure a complete scope of work is delivered before the project can begin. Influencing stakeholders to use procurement to mitigate risk & to follow procurement best practices, which in turn deliver more cost effective models for the organisation. On going supplier management by driving and managing supplier business reviews with the internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery is being met in alignment with agreements signed.

* Proactively driving E Sourcing for the business * Increasing supplier awareness through E Sourcing * Creation & monitoring of E Sourcing Events on a global scale * Reporting & tracking of E Sourcing Events, tracking success in terms of savings, system functionality & supplier feedback * Looking at process improvements & best in class practices * Working with IBM to ensure E Sourcing upgrades are implemented successfully * Working with the Compliance team to make sure there is fair practices, ethical trading and compliance to all in country regulations
