As well as managing ERP projects as either a Project Manager or Project Director, I now manage the team of NAV Project Managers at K3. This role enables me maintain governance across the NAV projects and provides an escalation point for our Customers. I thoroughly enjoy people management and mentoring and stepping into this role again has been both challenging and rewarding at the same time.

* Originally tasked with managing the Back office replacement for Germany and implementing AX 2009 successfully I then moved to more of a programme management role. Kelly services decided to use AX as a shared back office application for a number of countries, which I oversaw. * This resulted in me running a number of key projects simultaneously with a key focus on ERP implementations throughout Europe. * My role included; * Programme/ Project management * Vendor/supplier management * Resource management (applications analysts, software engineers, developers, SMEs) * Financial management * Process improvement, solution design, application analysis * Due to being an international role, about 25% of my time was spent working abroad and understanding the different countries processes/legislation/culture which I found one of the most enjoyable parts of my role.

* Implementing AX 2009 across multiple countries where the Front Office (Branch related) needed to be replaced and standardized. * Responsibilities included: * Define current system capabilities * Gather requirements for the new system * Understand requirements from different countries, different languages/legislations * Gap analysis * Document functional requirements * Work with the developers * UAT Testing

* I started this role as a Junior analyst. Kamanchi is a specialist in the recruitment industry and my knowledge of business processes as a recruiter put me in a great position to understand their customer requirements. Having started as a Junior, within 6 months I was already on site with customers on my own defining requirements and kicking off projects. After a year I was running the projects from start to finish. * My role required me to; * Analyse current system/needs * Design a solution in the form of a functional specification * Write the technical specs * Database configuration * Workflow testing * Write user documentation * Provide on site training. * Integrated Adapt with Daxtra, Broadbean, iProfile and Conkers.

Managing the team of retail and business solutions NAV project managers. Responsible for all NAV projects and their governance across the board.

* Since joining K3 Retail I have worked on both the AX and the NAV sides of the consultancy. I have managed the core stream of projects (multiple projects from £500k-£1.5mil) within our largest AX implementation (16 team members including offshore). This was an AX2012 implementation to replace a large number of legacy systems. * I am now managing a complex NAV implementation, multi company with complex 3rd party interfaces. This involves me managing a core project team of NAV consultants and we are now starting on a mini sub project dealing with BI.
