Work as medical lead for TransCon hGH clinical development in China, including IND preparation, phase 3 protocol development and study setup, medical monitoring, prepare steering committee setup and intermittent review meeting organization. 2. Actively work with study team for patient recruitment, achieved the target milestone for FPI and LPI during COVID lockdown and pandemic. 3. Provide medical insight for BD of candidate products, participate cQMS setup for function related SOP development.

1. Rich experience with long-acting growth hormone late phase clinical development in China, including IND application, protocol development, medical monitor and result publication. 2. Experience with monoclonal antibodies’ early phase clinical development for colorectal cancer, aged-related macular degeneration, and autoinflammatory disease, including IND submission, protocol development and medical monitor. 3. Experience with slow-release small molecules BE study protocol development and medical monitor. 4. Maintain close relationship with global and national pediatric endocrinology KOL, rich experience with satellite symposium and AB meeting preparation. 5. Experience of medical affairs and PV physician in pediatric endocrinology disease.
