* Daily updating of bank transactions and bank reconciliations * Daily posting of sales transactions ensuring all entries tie back to Jonas * Matching of credit card receipts/refunds * Matching bank transactions to daily taking reports * Manage purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring invoices are checked, coded and entered into Sun accounting system * Manage invoice authorisation process, making payments as required. * Reconcile supplier accounts to statements * Accounts payable, preparing weekly bacs run and ad hoc payments as and when required * Petty cash – to reconcile and replenish weekly or as required. * Manage company credit card reconciliations * Freelancer payroll * Raising monthly sales invoices * Ensure that all files are maintained and kept up to date with the relevant documentation * To maintain and develop communication with members and between all departments and management * Assist company accountant and colleagues as and when required * Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the needs of the business
