About
I am an extremely passionate Product Development Manager of collectibles with a proven record of delivering incredibly unique products in a range of categories, both licensed and non-licensed. Regardless of the channel or customer, I put a part of myself and my excitement into every product I develop. I manage the PD process from concept to delivery, which I define in two focus areas: > Product Development - I act as the switchboard between multiple groups, seamlessly linking everyone’s work to ultimately define and deliver the best product. These groups include product and packaging designers, engineers, manufacturers, licensors, PSQC, merchants, and logistics. I strive to be the go-to person that helps navigate difficult or stressful roadblocks. I have found the combination of team collaboration and unique troubleshooting to be essential in delivering the most amazing products that are on-brand, on-trend, and fully within scope of delivery and budget. > Brand Management - I consider this to be an essential piece of any Product Management role. Whether the brand is a well known license or a small operation with a strong fan following; I am the advocate for your brand and the products that represent it. I have worked closely with PD teams at Pokémon, Nintendo, Lucasfilm, MARVEL, CBS, and more to deliver product lines of the most unique products in the industry. I have managed multiple IPs at once and upheld the brand integrity for each through proper use of assets, adhering to approval processes, and maintaining first-rate communication. In addition to my career experience, I am a self-starter that is constantly pursuing new skills. I have a wide range of experience that includes my personal work with textiles, and am always looking for talented artists to partner with. Please reach out to me directly if interested!

Product Development Manager
ThinkGeek
Grapevine, TX (Remote)
My job at ThinkGeek was a unique experience that I am extremely grateful for. I loved working on the GeekLabs team, it was like being adopted into an extended family. Together we created and delivered some of the most iconic products in the industry. In my role as PDM, I managed each product from concept to delivery. My team grew the categories and number of GeekLabs Exclusive product by 75% in my first year, and I was an integral part in delivering these lines. Through many organizational transitions, I consistently managed all development for Pokémon product since the contract was first executed. It is safe to say that any Pokémon product made by ThinkGeek up to this point was managed by me. I also took on managing any IP or piece of the PD process as needed.

Office Coordinator, Go-To Company Ninja
Vienna, VA
My position at NDi was technically in the HR division, but was really an opportunity for me to make what I could out of the role. It quickly became a catch-all of anything needed within the organization. In addition to the support of all HR functions and office management, this included managing corporate events, managing the company HelpDesk, and developing company merchandise and promotional items. I also utilized my experience as an Interior Designer to design the new company headquarters. This proved challenging based on a minimal budget and required use of all furniture from the previous office, but it was a welcomed creative project. I was able to create a space that was both cost effective and functional.

Design Coordinator, Design Consultant
Tysons Corner, VA
I was fortunate to land this position after a few years of college experience in Interior Design. This role started as overall support for the team of designers and managing the front desk as needed to greet clients. After only a few months, I was awarded the opportunity to take my own clients with Ethan Allen’s uniquely offered design service. Some of my favorite and most valuable career experiences were from this opportunity. I learned more than just how to be an interior designer, but how to interpret personality traits to create amazing work relationships, and how to build skills in navigating career life. I loved the women I worked with here, and now 10 years later I still consider them professional superheroes. It was hands down the best first career experience I could have asked for.
