The Master's Program in Management deepens my knowledge in management, organization, entrepreneurship, sustainability concepts, leadership where the courses focus on strategy, personnel, project management, strategic processes, service marketing and business trends. Part of the program includes implementing a real strategic planning process where we acted as management consultants and prepared a strategic plan on behalf of a company thus, we applied our theoretical knowledge in practice. Further from this program with all the learning and practical experiences, I decided to work with my thesis partner on the most prominent topic which is "Artificial Intelligence" (AI) within the frame of Human Resource Management. Dissertation Topic: "An in-depth study on the stages of AI in recruitment process of HRM and attitudes of recruiters and recruitees towards AI in Sweden".
