Analyzed title reports and surveys. Reviewed borrowers’ commercial leases to ensure compliance with HDC policy. Researched New York Private Housing Finance Law and assessed legality of closing document clauses.

Created lesson plans, researched media related to class topics for in-class discussions, and otherwise assisted the professor in preparation for class lectures in his Global Sociology class.
