• On time delivery (OTD) fulfillment for Front End and Back End, review of order deviation to optimize customer’s orders confirmation • Global Planning for CSSP Product Spectrum and WIP Management, ensure timely loading for FE wafers, structured panels, and BE per capacity • Analysis and prepare 3 months rolling forecast for raw material preparation • Follow up on production loading (FE/Structured panels/BE) to ensure parts are put to stock timely • Inventory Management, to ensure optimum stock level in factory (FG, WAFERS, Structured panels), meet inventory target and manage obsolete/ slow moving stock • Data Quality Maintenance in System • Maintenance of master data and ensure data quality in SAP • Zero “Bad Quality” parts out for shipment • Generating weekly and monthly reports for internal reporting purposes • Co-ordinating semi-finished goods return, credit, and debit issues

• Production scheduling and output planning to meet demand plan on time. • Coordinate weekly capacity allocation with its constraints, issues, priorities, and special requirement. • Calculate capacity based on customer’s forecast. • Involve in inventory management, periodically review aged inventory, and hold inventory to lead to healthy inventory level. • Work with cross-functional departments to close monitor lots’ movement. • Provide daily, weekly and monthly report to both internal and external customer. • Handling RMA processing. • Customer orient in mind.
