I was responsible for all the vector graphics clients submit for printing, which includes vectorizing images, cleaning up existing vector art, communicating with clients about revisions, colors, and sizing, creating on garment proofs, file management, color separations, film output, re-designing old brand materials and creating original brand materials based on the client’s needs. In addition to the apparel design and graphics processing, I did logo design, brand and identity consulting, and layout design for business cards, stationery, and posters. I also filled in for the admin frequently, and handled pricing, quotes, garment inventory, and client customer service.

Repaired both Sprint and Nextel phones, inventory parts and replacement phones. Ordered warranty replacement phones and service plans to customer’s accounts.

Started as a sales person, was promoted to manager. Handled refunds and exchanges, hiring, firing, scheduling, ordering inventory, merchandising, managing employee timesheets, and handling customer escalations, creating sales tracking sheets. Trained new employees and created the training program.

I worked with several designers on a contract project for NEO called #NEOBIEBERDAYS, which was a twitter promotion involving their new spokesperson, Justin Bieber. Our job was to Photoshop Bieber into participants' photos that they submitted via twitter, real time as they were tweeted. It was a fast paced job; each eight hour shift, three designers collected, edited, and re-distributed approximately 250 images.

Entirely responsible for all of the jobs requiring screen printing, which included work order management, facilities management, determining material dimensions, screen printing, mixing Pantone colors, pre-packaging treatment (trimming badges, beveling, rounding corners), proofing and quality checks, attachment treatment (magnet, pin, or clip backing), packaging, and some shipping.

Customer service skills, handling billing issues, phone and PDA troubleshooting, processing warranty replacements and refund/ exchanges. Work with management to maximize coverage for customers’ needs, creating personal sales trackers, sent out monthly accessory sales emails.

Helped patrons with checking out equipment to use (photography, video, and audio equipment), used booking program to set/edit/pick up equipment reservations, provided tech support and general help for the equipment to the patrons, as well as provided tech support for basic computer issues, triaged malfunctioning equipment, educate patrons on policies and proper equipment use, inventory management and patron profile maintenance.

Perform hardware repairs on the majority of Sprint phones and smart phones, perform software updates and modifications to majority of Sprint phones, very comfortable with android OS and iOS, fairly comfortable with Windows OS, use multiple diagnostic tools, both computer based and hardware based, perform some account maintenance on customer's accounts, also handle all the inventory management and receiving, responsible for sending parts and/or defective devices back to the vendor, responsible for inventory management for all serialized inventory and parts, dealing with customers directly by writing service tickets for their issues, performing needed repairs, taking the phone back out to the customer and explaining how we resolved their issues, responsible for some up selling of accessories (replacement chargers, screen protectors, cases, SD cards, etc.)
