Managing and driving the entire product innovation development process at Henzer, including Mobile LCD and Mobile battery. * Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and manufacturers that align with the company's brand and target market. * Dealing with ecosystems and suppliers in China, India and Middle east. * Managing the entire product development process, which includes product sourcing, sampling, testing, and iterations until final production. * Identifying product market opportunities through market and sales data from both online and offline sales teams. * Working on product assortment goals while ensuring product quality, testing standards, and margin/pricing expectations meet the requirements of both online and offline markets. * Working closely with the sales team to understand directives for customer projects, analyze existing item sales, and review forecasts for new products. * Focusing on innovation for new products and categories. * Managing the ordering, tracking, and updating of warehouse and category teams on the status and progress of products. * Identifying, developing, and maintaining a vendor base to ensure timely procurement of materials at favorable terms and costs for smooth operations. * Performing risk management concerning supply contracts and agreements.
