* Planning of project schedules, work plans and supervision of different ongoing projects. The supervision and surveillance are being done by communicating with the project managers (PMs). * Planning the management of production of orders as per the request of the client; while giving any support needed to the clients. * Preparation of Purchase requisitions. * Opening and reporting of any work orders and internal tasks in the SAP System. * Carrying out supplies and production of the necessary paperwork for clients within the country and abroad. * Handling all export permits with external parties and with the office that supervises Export and Import. * Ongoing and continuous work with our Production, Sales, Finance divisions as wells as with * with suppliers and subcontractors.

* Validation of UE terminal equipment and cellular phones- receiving characterization from the development teams and writing QC system testing scripts. Management of the entire system testing process and doing comparisons to products in the market. * Development of the 4G generation in Israel. * The testing was usually done by visiting our clients’ offices in different countries around the world.

* Implementation of CRM business processes across Bank of Jerusalem branches. * Developing training materials such as best practices, presentations and user guides. * One on one training with bankers and other personnel. Assisting and solving errors.
