- Led procurement activities for Einride's all OEM dialogues, including setting framework agreements/IFA, RFQ, price negotiations, and supplier relationship management. - Instrumental in the role of defining and pushing how the new products and services in the market (electric heavy-duty trucks) should be procured in the changing business landscape of electric transports - Discussions included service offering and SLAs - Role held in parallel with responsible for Operations EMEA

- Developed and scaled a high performing team from 2 to 25 employees in 18 months (with roles such as Data Scientists and Business Analysts) - The team's responsibility was to build transformation programs and transport solutions for Einride's shipper customers within FMCG and Grocery Retail. The analyses included Einride's full ecosystem offering (electric vehicles, charing, software and carriers) - Tools for optimisation and business cases developed in close collaboration with tech team

- Led early stage dialogues with shipper customers to define Einride's full service offering - Signed some of Europe's first electric heavy duty transportation contracts - Supported in fundraising efforts, securing Series A ($25m) and Series B ($110m) investments - Tons of learnings from a hyper growth journey, going from 20 employees to a +500 unicorn company
