1. Contributing to the CDP generation in GI therapeutic area, strongly co-working team,e.g. RA, BD； 2. Studies design, synopsis, and protocol writing base CDP； 3. Supporting RA pathway consideration and activities, e.g., IND, BTD, consulting meeting participation、medical related module conduct and generate； 4. Supporting translational researchers and clin-pharma with early-stage study design、CD method choice etc. The study result in interpreter and publication; 5. Scientific liaison to communicate with external third-party suppliers and initiate scientific evaluation of projects; 6. Providing medical expertise to CO.team activities e.g. studies monitoring,keeping team activities highly in accordance with SOPs and GCP, vendor bidding;; 7. Providing medical support other cross-functional team,e.g. GAMA team\CMC and supply team\ legal team; 8. Cooperate with medical expertise and investigators to integrate pre-clinical and clinical data and collect key opinions to further support compound registration and sequences research and development based on lianbio’s pipeline and CDP.

1.Medical plan: developed medical plan in line with the company's pipeline strategy and improved product life cycle management; 2. Monitored and reported product safety, integrated clinical research and post-market safety information, and cooperated with PV department for safety report management; 3. Select, initiate and support IST research; 5. (on behalf of)PM to manage projects and SMO suppliers, including: project approval, ethics, human heritage, start-up support; Contract signing, payment collection, etc. 6. Cooperate with charitable organizations to design and promote medical projects;

Regional expert stratification, expert management; 2. Regional medical activities: 1) Medical conference: post series conference, Medical association cooperation conference; Department of Medicine (MEM); 2) Cooperate with the Endocrinololy society to carry out continuing education programme; 3) Medical research support, CRC cooperation to promote the inclusion of post-listing projects; 4) Management of experts participating in international medical conferences;
