I lead a global team of researchers and research managers for Payments at Google including Google Pay, Wallet, GPay India and Payment Platform for Google. Building the most impactful research teams is not just my job but my passion. At Google, I also built and led UX research teams for Assistant, Display Ads and Video Ads. I'm skilled at directing qualitative and quantitative research. From my past scholarly life, I have multiple publications in Human Computer Interaction. I've also taught UX Research & Design at graduate-school level. I have formal training in design (Architect) and have 20+ years of experience in the design & product development.
