* Leading a team of 12 testers. Involved in daily task assignment, attending review meetings, daily status reports, dashboard updates, resource shift allocation and attending everyday status calls with management. * Involved in previous release production defects retest on non-production environment. Responsible for certifying the defects before pushing to production and publishing everyday status to management and client. * Involved in scoping of OMS application for USCC, mapping customer business requirement with system requirement for mobile business * Involved in designing High Level solution and Detailed Level solution using Calendar application (in-house application for test design) * Involved in writing TRs (Test Requirements), ALs (Activity Library) and Test Scenarios in Quality Center 9.2 and 11.0 * Involved in Business Reviews of the test scenarios. * Involved in executing Test Cases. * Involved in Lab Testing (testing with real handsets on live network)

* Preparing test plan, identifying scenarios, high level and detailed test case designing. * Performing Progression & Regression testing * Active participant of team status meetings, new release KT, review meetings. * Onsite Testing exposure (New Jersey, US) at client environment, direct interaction with client on requirement specification. * Provided OMS application demo to client at site. * Exposure to billing activities * Focal Point and backup of Group Lead performing some of the lead activities like assigning planning and execution tasks to the team, conducting team meetings, taking 1:1 meetings, shift allocation, attending status meetings with onshore and preparing GA for production defects.

* Understanding requirements and ensuring the design meets the requirements. * Responsible for running Call Pricing and Billing process for the application. * Preparation of the Test Data. * Preparation of Test Plan, Test Case Design, Test Summary Report. * Preparing and executing System Test Plans (Progression, Regression and Integration testing). * Participating in peer reviews. * Coordination with the Team members and work assignment.

* Designated as Billing Delivery Manager (BDM) at Client site in USA * Responsible for successful delivery of multiple projects in the same deployment cycle * Coordinating with different stakeholders, 3rd party vendors and the client * Serve as primary contact for customer/vendor inquiries and concerns. * Perform customer negotiations for delivery rates and dates. * Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations. * Develop scope and budget for delivery projects * Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.

* Analyse production defects for OMS ( Order Management System ) * Estimation and Quantification of production issues * Identify the defects and issues in Production environment * Prepare the data fixes for the issues found in production * Coordinate and communicate with other teams from USCC, third party vendors to resolve issues * Create documentation for use by team * Leading Offshore team of 12 members
