Use social platforms and arrays (Facebook, Linkedln, Skype, Telegram,…) to search for candidates. - Check and browse CV on the system. Organize and arrange interviews with employers. Acting as a bridge between recruiters and candidates. Communicate, persuade and take care of candidates in the process of applying and working. - Sub Leader, support the Leader to build and develop the team to achieve the set sales. - Support HR Freelancer network +10,000 people. Exchange, support and take care of HR in the process of applying for candidates on the Devwork.vn system. - Media planning and management of the company’s fanpage. Using Mailchimp, designing photos, content, blogging media. - Support company events (birthday, weekly Happy Hour, party, minigame to connect company members,…). - In charge of training HR interns at the company.

- Directly recruiting personnel for the company. (Human resources working directly at the company and onsite). - Assist in the organization of company events and activities.
