- Compile, analyze and interpret monthly reports and other data. - Collaborate with Sales, Account Rep and Purchasing to research, analyze, or resolve issues. - Coordinate with other departments to deliver rush orders when required. - Monitor vendor performance and proactively identify issues and risks with their work. - Coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required. - Analyze stock level to cut component purchase order and schedule for delivery. - Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.

- Process customer orders. - Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, issues, and potential business. - Provide exceptional customer service, including professional communication via phone, email, and fax. - Maintain department profitability through research, analysis, trending, defining problems and solutions. - Work with customers, associates, sales team and managers to plan and forecast future business. - Set objectives, plans, follows up to ensure all goals are met on time.
