I'm a Clinical Manager who believes that education isn't just about knowledge—it's about impact. I take pride in building programs that don’t just train physicians, but inspire change. At Terumo Vietnam, I've led national-scale initiatives like Terumo Vietnam Professional And Clinical Education (TVPACE) including TVPACE IC, TVPACE IO and TVPACE EVT, the latter being the first in Vietnam to introduce Terumo’s R2V (Radial to Visceral) concept. This is more than a technique—it’s a vision to bring safer, more efficient care to patients and greater value to hospitals. What drives me is turning complexity into clarity, ambiguity into opportunity, and pressure into performance. I’m at my best when the challenge is tough, the timeline is tight, and the outcome truly matters. I’m currently serving as Clinical Manager at Terumo Vietnam, where I lead the strategy and execution of nationwide educational programs that connect clinical excellence with meaningful innovation. In 2024, I had the privilege of launching TVPACE IO, the first-ever program in Vietnam—and possibly APAC—introducing Terumo’s pioneering R2V (Radial to Visceral) concept. This initiative wasn’t just about delivering training; it was about shaping the future of interventional radiology. By promoting radial access for visceral procedures, R2V improves patient outcomes and enhances satisfaction not only for patients, but also for hospital leadership — aligning perfectly with Terumo’s mission of “Contributing to Society through Healthcare.” To make this possible, I had to stretch beyond my comfort zone — managing ambiguity, driving stakeholder alignment across functions and regions, and executing under tight timelines. Along the way, I’ve developed stronger capabilities in clinical strategy, stakeholder management, and medical society engagement, while staying grounded in what matters most: delivering real value to physicians and patients. With a strong network of 25+ national KOLs and over 250 physicians trained through the TVPACE platform, I’m proud to say we’ve turned education into a powerful driver of brand trust, product adoption, and long-term partnerships. In 2025, I’m focused on expanding TVPACE IO and launching TVPACE IP, continuing to position Terumo as a leader in professional education and a partner in healthcare transformation.
