SUPPLY PLANNING 2022- July 2024 - Closing inventory and monthly sales. Evaluate the forecast execution. State the bad effects, and discuss solution if there are any. Lead S&OP meeting with Trade/MKT/Brand team to create demand forecasting for rolling 3-6 months. - Follow sales, inventory control for minimize stock with highest service level (98%). - Planning long/short-term production, collaborate with material planner and factory to balance between production capacity and material constraints. Optimize production costs. - Manage finished goods stock level at distribution centers (DOI 13days), avoid OOS, and deliver On Time in Full performance (95%). - Be responsible for monitoring short shelf-life products (Yogurt).
