Category Management : HA - Major Appliances (Washing Machines, dryers, Dishwashers,…) • Manage the performance of in charge Brand's effectively in terms of sales, profit, commission, inventory, promotion, and product assortment, quality of products, planning forecasting and allocation. • Cooperate with related teams (Internal Audit, Supply Chain, Sales, Deployment team, MKT, etc.) to deploying sales activities and optimize the in charge category structure. • Manage the in charge Brand's to through negotiating and cooperating in trading term, pricing, promotion, activations. • Timely and complete reporting (daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc) as assigned. • Keep update with Market Trends through research, analyze, and evaluate the market to identify customers’ need and product trends Other tasks assigned by the Senior Category Manager.

• Sourcing IT accessories, Computer & office equipment and services (local and overseas) to meet price target & quality standard for Korean companies (Samsung, Orion, Hyosung, CJ, Taekwang vina, ...) • Developing & managing product items and suppliers to make sure the projects (Samsung’s promotion) run smoothly and the quality of service as highest as possible. • Negotiating, managing suppliers, training them to use the system, keeping price up-to-date & competitive Achievements: Winning Bidding to supply UPS APC, Laptop Asus, Kingston’s memory card for Samsung Vina. Procurement Managenment: • Negotiating for volume purchase discount and ensure continuous cost reduction from vendors (M.R.O). • Solving problem with Customers & Suppliers for issues involved (warranty, return goods, Aging stock…) • Managing all purchase activities to ensure efficiency of purchase team in charge, Developing sourcing plan & strategy, Strengthening supplier relationship to secure terms that meet company’s best interest Achievements: IT Sales $290,000, Aluminum Sales $385,000.  Monitoring the progress of the contract (delivery time, the acceptance inspection equipment)  Responsible for sourcing, In charge of daily operational purchasing needs from technical team  Receiving and checking documents, applying for C/O, C/Q, B/L and specialized licenses (Ducati, Socomec, Inform, ABB, SEL) at the request of customers.
