Responsible for management and execution of the Witt Group circular knit business for the market of China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey and Bulgaria.

- Source new capable factories, mills and the entire supply chain in preparation of the forthcoming FTA with Europe. - build up new customer to add volume for garment business.

- local sourcing responsibilities covering suppliers from Vietnam - products including high class of suits, Jackets, coordinates and casual styles for mens and ladies - Customer Bonita & Gerry Weber from Germany

- responsibility for product development & sourcing - supplier couching and scoring - season planning - PO placements - prices negotiation - coorperation working with agencies - controlling and monitoring delivery status - sourcing for new suppliers - coordination of Product Managers and Designer

- preparing production sheets togheter with designer including measurement charts - price negotiating and decsion - selection of the right fabrics and trims - setting up material requirements for testing in compliance with EU, US and Asian-standard - lead time responsibility (all sample steps & bulk production) - daily contact with suppliers and offices in europe and far east

Support business relation ship between Germany and south-east asia - Analyse and reports to different companies, embasy and consulate - together working with GIZ global colleagues

In Sourcing part, I am responsible for all new business development in Vietnam. Finding new fabrics, trims, technologies, mills and production suppliers is part of the job. In business development part, I am in charge of build up and take care of all new potential customer business in Vietnam market. On the other hand I analyze and select suitable vendors/factories to build-up valuable partnerships. Close relationships with supplier and factories are essential for our business.

Junior buyer for fashion shoes & accessoires - Responsible for own accessoires & fashion shoes collection (150 styles /season) - Buyer assistant of home shoes (170 styles /season) - in charge for analyses and develop strategie and details plan for new season - Visit suppliers and trading fairs, CPD, GDS ... - Responce for tranfering and data in the catalogues
