- Mainly responsible for leading the company's intelligent production and application & innovation team and projects. - Business development and promotion of automation-related products in the Asia Pacific region. Coordinate collaboration with suppliers, integrators and end users in related industry areas. - Work closely with the Digital Industrialization Department from headquarters in Germany to keep the project running smoothly. - Propose customers with full solution, including construction and consulting services, and project execution at the same time - Coordinate of cross function like R&D, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, engineering, - Develop technical solutions to complex problems and complete design and engineering projects to meet the customer's schedule, budget and quality constraints. - Responsible for the management team and personnel development, responsible for the preparation of the team's responsibility planning. - Responsible for operation and management of 200 square meters of application and innovation center - Be familiar with professional manufacturing process like automation, robots, tools, Vision. MES system.

The Program Development Leader is responsible for the technical concept and technical feasibility in coorperation with the core team members. It's his responsibility to meet customer, internal and legislative requirements in the development of new products. In this function he is a member of the so called program core team Task: - Lead the international development teams (EU and China) from the phase of quotation until 6 months after the SOP Capex > 2 M€ - Coordination and communication between internal and external customers and be the single point of technical communication ( Interface with VW AG Wolfsburg, VW Shanghai, VW Changchun, BMW Group München) - Design and develop the complete system for international automobile customers (VW und BMW Group) - Create and update the BOM, DFMEA and validation plan - Management engineering change - Define the specification of Prototype - Ensure robustness of the exhaust system for durability, NVH, heat management, emissions control, safety and manufacturing feasibility - Define the specification of test with Lab and Durability and negoation with customer
