 Manage projects of all chemical products such as petroleum coke, paraffin wax, calcium hypochlorite, precious metal, catalyst, and additives from contract signing to project closing. Up to 92M for a single project, accounting for 90% of company annual revenue and 94% of gross profit.  Manage projects for refinery capex procurement such as rotating and stationary equipment, certain materials such as PDC, laboratory equipment such as analyzer and spectrometer.
