-Develop & implement short & long term departmental goalsand enforce quality control program, to ensure the provisions of regulatory requirements for food production are adhered to and practiced, such as BRC, ASC, Global gap, HACCP, GMP, etc; -Liaising with various departments’ heads to understand their current & future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for matching these needs into existing manufacturing activities; -Plan, direct, and monitor all production and maintenance activities to maximize the use of the organization’s resources and meet production schedules, cost, quality standards and reduction rate in production wastage; -To ensure the products are meeting the level of quality demanded by the customers, and investigate the root cause if the quality is not met and procure the solutions; -Daily monitoring of process flow and feedback to Factory Manager & CEO on any abnormality, responsible of monthly management reporting reports; -To manage the production and maintenance team in order to ensure all production equipment and facilities are adequately maintained to meet high level productivity and ensure the logistics operation run smoothly and timely meeting the projected schedules. -Manage maintenance of the plant and production facilities, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs; plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules; -Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions, for example, changes to procedure, workflow or equipment that will improve performance with optimize production resources and achieve cost competitiveness; -Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities, such as assembly, machine operation, processing in order to manage production operators to ensure proper carryover of production activities & requirements;

- Drive productivity improvements to increase the production speed and lower down the waste output and eliminate the unnecessary activities; - To ensure that the production is cost effective; - To ensure implementation and evaluation of safety procedure; - Develop and execute the yearly manufacturing plan (AOP) to deliver the business objectives (Production volume, manufacturing controlled cost, quality, safety); - To ensure products are produced on time and meet the quality standard; - Ensure continual improvement on all the product in terms of quality and quantity; - Setting a timescale for the job; - Estimated manufacturing costs and setting the products quality standards; - To ensure the production process meet the environmental policies enforced by Ministry of Environment; - Identifying training needs for improving personnel skills, supervisory skills and safety and knowledge of job accountabilities & responsibilities; - Work closely with among all departmental heads & external personnel for products quality improvement issues by meeting the production activities schedules plan; - Monitored product standards and implementing quality-control programs; - To responsible for preventive & predictive of maintenance of equipment; - To improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns of downtime, and develop good strategies to improve overall safety of plant and employees; - Direct, instruct and supervise maintenance technicians and fitters; - Designed maintenance strategies, procedures and methods, planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work; - Checked and calibrated instruments to make sure they are accurate of products specification & costs are in aligned; - discussed with management, production, and marketing staff to carry out the new project; - Analyzed technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
