Position: Warehouse Manager Direct Report to: Operation Manager (Before 2021.01.01 was GM & VP of Marketing) No. of Subordinate: 13 Responsibilities: Safety • In compliance with the local authority requirements on warehouse safety and security. Warehouse Management • Manage inbound /outbound operation in order to make sure the goods are in and out warehouse in time and delivery to customers as agreed quantity and schedule. • Closely monitor the inventory accuracy, Days of inventory for RM /FG, raise the red flag on the slow mover inventory. • Lead the investigation on the inventory discrepancy, conduct the stocktaking as planned and do the adjustment timely. • Develop and execute an annual budget including expense tracking and forecasting for warehouse planning, cost control according to productivity objectives for operational efficiency. • Develop talents, provide coaching and motivate overall team performance. Set high performance standard and improve performance to ensure team members are qualified and competent. Logistics Service Provider Management-3PL • Work with 3PL to ensure that customer orders are appropriately prioritized and fulfilled in time on a daily basis. • Conduct periodic review the performance of logistics service provider to ensure the contract is running as planned and provider is performing complying with aligned KPIs. Transportation Management • Coordinate with direct sales and dealers; liaise with forwarder to arrange shipment. • Support distribution strategy implementation for in China by expanding distribution network national wide. • Participate and assist Procurement for Transpiration service provider pre-qualification, selection, bidding, and contracting.

Position Name: Logistics lead Direct Report to: Supply chain project manager No. of Subordinate:0 Responsibilities: *Acts as a warehouse and transportation systems along with barcode scan system lead and expert, and provides support for complex issues. *Designs/implements business processes in the areas of Order to Cash, Inbound/Outbound Logistics and Warehouse Management to meet the business needs of company. *Key contributor/functional leader for integration activities associated with business acquisitions. *Consults with business partners to drive continuous SAP system-enabled workflow improvements. *Manages and /or performs the design, testing and application of SAP system configuration in line with business requirements and global standards. *Presents education and training materials to internal user groups and forums. Deliver periodic training to the organization. *Complete complex business design for gap / interfaces development and configure system to user requirements both for SH/GZ plants and 3 DCs. *After Go-live support the user and drive the process optimization.

Responsibilities: A) Warehousing • Supervise warehouse management for goods receiving, storing, inventory control and warehouse reasonable layout; • Responsible for inventory cycle accounting, and ensure the stock taking goal meet the company requirement; • Ensure physical condition of warehouse, including reefer-container, hot storage , DG warehouse and package material warehouse; • Support bonded materials management in warehouse areas under custom custody; • Identifies opportunities to minimize cost through process improvements； • Keep eyes on the storage of both raw materials and finished products, including those materials in transit and in process at plants. Help to direct warehouse keepers in handling materials in between work areas to expedite processing of goods; • Ensure that internal quality requirements and the company local EHS regulations are observed within the company, report any areas of concern to DPM, EHS Manager or Division Manager with the standard of ISO9000&ISO14000. B) Transport management • Supervise transport management for goods dispatch incl. Domestic transport, BLP export & real export by sea by air; • Ensure bulk & package goods arrived to customers on time; • Work closely with sales ,CS, controlling & LSPs for goods transport ensure S/O goes smoothly; • KPI and 3PLs' performance estimating monthly; • Monitor LSPs delivery performance, including bulk、drum、IBC and all kind of DG goods are in accordance with company SHE regulation and country law. C) Coordination & follow up • Cooperate closely with PD/TS/QC personnel to reduce the consumption of materials and ensure that quality requirements are under control; • Work closely with LSPs for Customs clearance, receiving confirmation and distribution for all materials to ensure SCM smooth;
