Line Brandt Pedersen

My name is Line Brandt Pedersen, and I am Director for Supply Chain Sustainability at Arla Foods. I lead a team of strategists and technical experts with the aim to enable our Supply Chain to reduce CO2 emissions, water consumption and food waste in order to future proof our business towards a Stronger Planet 🌎💪🏼I have 12 years of experience with Supply Chain strategy at Arla Foods mainly focused on designing big and complex network designs containing containing 60+ production sites and even more warehouses located across the world operating in multiple product categories. I have led strategic pre-projects incl. business case work and decision material to be presented for the board of directors, but I have also led big projects during their implementation from decision paper to real life. Finally, I led a team of project leaders and had the responsibility for managing the portfolio of strategic network projects and setting the direction for Arla’s continued work with network design optimization over the next 5-10 years 🏭🚛Besides being very ambitious about my career, I have a strong passion for sports. For more than 20 years, I played elite soccer at the highest level in both Denmark and the United States, followed by 3 years of long distance triathlon (Ironman) and cross country running, where I competed at a professional level and represented the Danish national team at both European and World Championships. After becoming a mother of twins in 2021, I changed sport once again, and today I am representing the national team in trail and mountain running where I also travel the world to compete against the best athletes in the most stunning mountain scenery at European and World Championships 🏃‍♀️🏔️ I am proud to represent both Salomon and Precision Fuel & Hydration. I am passionate about being healthy and active, living a balanced life with family, work and sports, and motivating others to also live active lives to explore all the amazing benefits it brings to both metal and physical health, and to believe it is possible to follow your dreams! 🌟 I dream about seeing my kids grow up happy and healthy, representing the national team while exploring the world and competing against the best athletes, and making a big impact for the future of Arla foods and our Planet!
