Responsible for full life cycle recruitment of our Sales Engineering, Marketing, and R&D hiring plans, post-integration into IBM. This included interns, early professional and professional hires. • Supported 10 hiring managers with sourcing, screening and recruitment process. • Averaged 40 hires per month to successfully achieve ambitious hiring goals quarter after quarter. • Trained hiring managers on conversion to IBM systems and processes (Brass Ring, Onboarding, University programs, Employee Referral process and hiring process). • Collaborated with numerous IBM Departments to ensure successful onboarding experience for new hires (IT, Training, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Employee Referral Program, Immigration, Onboarding). • Hosted onsite hiring events and participated in external events (on-campus recruiting, user groups and associations, hack-a-thons, and networking events).

Cleversafe is an object storage start-up that was acquired by IBM in November of 2015. After which it was rolled into the IBM Cloud unit and renamed IBM Cloud Object Storage. Managed full life cycle recruitment for corporate roles (HR, Finance, Marketing, Tech Support, R&D and Sales), while also acting as program manager to our intern and new-graduate campus programs. • Supported 8 hiring managers on corporate roles with sourcing, screening, recruitment process and successful onsite onboarding. • Supported entire organization with annual summer intern and new graduate hiring (typically 35 annually) • Handled the processing of H1B hires with partnering immigration law firm. • Designed a newly revised intern program which increased the intern conversion to full time employees to 95% year over year. This new program included a buddy system, new tailored onboarding experience and formal orientation day, internship goals with weekly feedback and a final presentation. • Special Projects: Collaborated on the implementation of a new ATS system (Jobvite, Hire and Engage), as well as, the implementation of electronic onboarding with the Talentwise integration with Jobvite. This included vendor selection, process maps, template creation, training managers, troubleshooting errors, resolving issues, creating base line reports and helping guide the organization on the new system and process.

• Interview scheduling including working directly with candidates and hiring managers to successfully handle complex scheduling requirements • Oversee coordination of all on site interviews including conference room reservations, confirmations to candidates and interview team, interview guides to interviewers, and in some cases assisting with the direction on travel for visiting candidates. May also act as host to visiting candidates, greeting and escorting them to interviews • Manage all aspects of job posting process in applicant tracking system and other job boards; edit emails and ads as needed. This also includes Social Media content posting and tracking. • Generate custom reports as needed • Maintain and update information within applicant tracking system including but not limited to job posting templates, requisition status, and candidate status • Assist with collection and tracking of interview feedback in Halogen • Manage all transactional activities related to post offer stage of recruitment processes (i.e. offer letters, background checks, onboarding initiation, reference checks, etc) • Assist Recruiters with sourcing and initial screening of candidates as needed • Assist HR team with special projects as needed
